Please enable pipe output plugin (--enable-pipe-output). I'd like to forward
the raw PCM audio stream from mpd to liquidsoap and encode to Ogg/FLAC and then
push the FLAC stream to Icecast2 for client consumption. With the pipe output
plugin the first step should be pretty easy thing to do.
