change to debconf templates without call for translation updates
(grmbl), last upload entirely dropped the russian translation file
(debian/po/ru.po).

Please note that I'll also launch a call for translaiton updates for
your package and, of course, expect an upload with recompleted
translations afterwards. You won't succeed in killing our 100%..:-)
