Unless I'm missing something in the UI (always a possibility), there's
no way to reopen a messages in the Drafts folder in a Compose window
and actually send it.  I had to start with a blank Compose window and
copy-paste.  This makes the Drafts folder to feel somewhat, uh,
pointless.

  Yes, you're missing to double-click the mail in the Drafts folder to
  edit it ;-)
