Justification: renders package unusable
When trying to install the latest fontconfig package i got this message:
# dpkg --configure fontconfig

Des erreurs ont été rencontrées pendant l'exécution :
fontconfig
which says that an error 10 has been raised during the configuration
sub-process script. This causes many applications to stop working.
