As of version 0.6, docutils upstream considers rst2newlatex to be
unmaintained and deprecated, and recommends the latex2e writer. I'll
adjust the documentation in the new version to reflect that.
newlatex converter was removed from Docutils 0.8, so I'm closing this
bug. I'm sorry that we couldn't deal with the bug properly.
