At [0] the specification says that whitespace should be preserved
within the Address bibliographic field. This is not the case for PDFs
created via rst2newlatex. For example,
:Address: Foo,
Bar,
Baz
renders as

instead of

Baz

Docutil's upstream considers rst2newlatex to be deprecated, so I'm
tagging this bug wontfix.
newlatex converter was removed from Docutils 0.8, so I'm closing this
bug. I'm sorry that we couldn't deal with the bug properly.
