The build failure looks like this:
> rsvg-convert -w 16 -h 16 -o default16.png

Which suggests rsvg-convert or one of the libs it uses is compiled for >
armv5t, making it not work on armv5t (what our buildds actually are) or
armv4t (what we actually target)
