Package: aptitude
Version: 0.2.13-2
Severity: normal
This looks normal:
iu aspell-en 0.51-0-3 0.51-0-4
Each time I push g for go, it downloads a new copy of this package,
but the copy doesn't seem to make it into /var/cache/apt/archives/
for some unknown reason.
Then nothing happens, aptitude just asks me to push enter to
continue.
Repeat from top...
Err... Found the problem:

Looks like apt-proxy has cached a currupted version again :-(.
However, aptitude should give some indication that the file wasn't
downloaded properly, it gives none:

Hello,
Sorry for having the bug unattended for so long, there's now an
ongoing effort to bring the list of bugs of aptitude up to date.
It's very difficult now to see if something has changed in this part
of the code to make the bug fixed, the earlier date in the current
history is 2007-06-11. I cannot see other bugs referring to the same
issue, nor I have seen this issue mentioned in the several weeks of
bug triaging that we've been doing, by now. Also there are no more
confirmations nor follow-ups.
Looking at other similar cases, it is very likely that the bug was
addressed (maybe by chance, or by another bug report) but this one
never actually closed.
Thus closing the bug now. Please reopen if you can reproduce it with
recent versions or provide more information.
Regards.
