Dear Maintainer,
When running ogmrip with ogmrip-webm, every time I try and rip a file
it fails due to an error with encoder "ivfenc" - which is not on my
system. I looked up webm, and linked vpxenc to ivfenc, but it fails
with error in log that "ivfenc" needs an output file.

ogmrip is not part of Debian, and the debian-multimedia.org FAQ says:
Q.How to report a bug ?
A. If the bug is related to packaging you can send me a bug report, otherwise
the best is to contact the upstream author.
Debian is neither, thus, I'm closing this report, because we can't do a
thing about it anyway.
