The cegui-mk2 source package currently builds a version of the tolua++ library.
this version of the library is out of date and not compatible with the upstream
library and associated tools installed from the libtolua++5.1-dev package. In
addition, the assciated tolua++ tools are built but not packaged.
Some dependent packages are picking up this out-of-date version of the library
and as a consequence fail to build because they use the newer upstream tools.
The suggested solution is to disable building the embedded tolua++ library and
depend on the upstream library instead.
