I'm able to connect to the server when using a chroot of fedora.

I used netstat to find the port number from a working rhel box and
gave it as -p 40784 as this time the error was
console: getservbyname(CONSERVER_PORT) failed
conserver-client is 8.1.18-1 not sure how it got correct port in rhel/fedora.
Closing this bug as it is no longer an issue.
