during a test with piuparts I noticed your package is no longer
installable in experimental:

Conflicts: ..., libatlas3gf-base, ...
Breaks: libatlas3gf-base (<< 3.8.4-4~exp1), ...
That Conflict need to be either versioned or removed. Having both Breaks
and Conflicts on the same package does not seem to be that useful.
