I am closing those bugs right now, because of the following already
discussed issues:
1) databases for geoip1 are not free as long as no volunteer provides
packaging scripts
2) geoip2 foo should be packages seperately
Please feel free to:
1) provide build scripts/modify the existing ones to support the city
version
2) packaging geoip2, I would welcome it and help you at this topic :)
