Package: sed
Version: 4.1.2-8
Severity: normal

The sed command does not handle negative backet expressions containing
backets but gives the following error message:
  $ LC_ALL=C sed -n '/[^][]/p'
  sed: -e expression #1, char 8: unterminated address regex

The error seems not to be in the actual regular expression parsing but
before that because a command
  $ sed -n '/[^][]]/p'
prints all lines containing a non-backet character (`[^][]') and
a closing backet (`]') but not lines containing a single character.

A work-around is to use a command
  $ sed -n '/[^][[]/p'
