Since updating to Chromium 11 this morning, all my favourite cloud
services are reporting me being in UTC, rather than UTC+1 (British
summer time). I was pointed to

passing --single-process to `chromium` works around the issue, but
obviously that's not something I want to be doing regularly. :)
