When watching a dvb-t channel, and the channel is paused and resumed, or it has
a bid of a bad signal and is trying to buffer. It will just jump to the next
channel, while you just want it to rebuffer the singal and start playing the
channel. Pausing and later resuming a channel should just not make totem-xine
jump to the next channel. It should resume the paused channel.

This issue is now obsolete since the relevant code has been removed
upstream. I'm therefor closing the bug report.
