Package: slicer
Version: 3.4.0~svn10438-6
Severity: normal

Hi,

slicer core dumps when I attempt volume rendering. Protocol:

- start slicer
- select 'Volume' module
- load the MNI152_T1_2mm_brain.nii.gz image (as shipped with FSL)
- I see an ERROR message in the console (see output below), but otherwise it
works fine in the slice based viewing
- i switch to the 'Volume Rendering' module
- select the MNI volume as target
- a new dialog window pops up for a second saying 'preparing -- stand
  by' or similar
- slicer coredumps with the following output

michael@meiner ~ % slicer3

Version: 3.6.3~svn16592-1+rm

slicer was last released with Debian 6.0 (squeeze) in
February 2011 and removed from Debian sid/unstable in 2013 (see
http://bugs.debian.org/644352 for details on the removal). Since
support for squeeze and squeeze-LTS has now ended, I'm closing all the
remaining bugs reported against this package.

Andreas
