Package: nut
Version: 2.6.4-2.3
Severity: normal

Hello,

I have an APC USB UPS (lsusb output):
> Bus 003 Device 003: ID 051d:0002 American Power Conversion Uninterruptible
> Power Supply

The UPS is configured as follows in ups.conf:
>[apc]
> driver = usbhid-ups
> port = /dev/bus/usb/003/003
> # Or, alternatively,
> ##port = /proc/bus/usb/003/003
> desc = "APC Back-UPS RS 500"

/etc/udev/rules.d/52-nut-usbups.rules from nut package has a correct
udev rule in it:
> SYSFS{idVendor}=="051d", SYSFS{idProduct}=="0002", MODE="664", GROUP="nut"

Still, after every reboot, the device has incorrect ownership:
> crw-rw-r-T 1 root root 189, 258 Сен 2 12:47 /dev/bus/usb/003/003

which results in upsd being unable to communicate with the UPS:
> Broadcast Message from nut@helios
> (somewhere) at 12:34 ...
>
> UPS apc@localhost is unavailable

Setting file ownership manually fixes the problem, but only intil the
next reboot.

udev version is 175-7.2

Reinstallation of nut/udev doesn't change anything.
