Dear Maintainer.

When I change the stylesheet (css) and forcibly update the page
in the Chrome browser, nothing happens.

To make changes in this browser, you either need to clear the history,
or read the pages and styles directly from hdd
and not through the http protocol.

Modifications of HTML documents and images are not relevant, they are fine.

But with the styles the problem.
