xcrysden build-depends on libgcc1 and as such it will not build on the hppa and 
m68k architectures (which just provide higher libgcc versions).
I think this dependency is not needed and as such just removing libgcc1 from 
the Build-Depends: list fixes it.
Can you apply this to the next upload please?
