Package: ipsec-tools-0.8.0
Severity: important

-- System Information:
Debian Release: 7.1
  APT prefers stable
  APT policy: (500, 'stable')
Architecture: powerpc (ppc64)

Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-powerpc64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores)
Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8@euro, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8@euro (charmap=UTF-8)
Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash

Phase 1 Negotiation fails with Mobile Clients (Android,iOS) when it comes to
switching to the NAT Ports whereas VPN-Tunnel builds successfully with
ShrewSoft VPN Client on Win. Racoon reports the line Adding remote and local
NAT-D payloads but ther is no message that it switched to NAT-T ports. Instead
it logs a phase 1 negotiation failed due to tome up message. I built a new
package with upstream version 0.8.1 with the same behaviour.
