Package: irqbalance
Version: 1.0.3-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,
as of recently irqbalance floods syslog with the message
"Load average increasing, re-enabling all cpus for irq balancing".
This happens happens roughly once every minute.

I think it started with the 3.2.60 kernel. Downgrading to 3.2.57 stops
these messages but the IRQ's are not balanced either.
Upgrading to irqbalance_1.0.6-2 from jessie solves the problem.

It is probably related to bug #748595.

This machine is an HP DL360 G6 with an Intel E5504 CPU (not a VM).

I'm not sure if this bug should go to irqbalance or linux-image as it is in the
interaction between those packages but this seems the best place.
