Currently it is not possible to set an epmty header field, which I think
would be great, to have e.g.

per Default on the screen. There are already other empty headers on the
screen - so why it's not possible to have this also as a user-feature?

Closing it as wontfix, as it hasn't been implemented upstream 20 years later.
If a patch is provided upstream, we will obviously import it, we are not going
to maintain a specific patch for debian only.
