I created a chroot with sarge (debootstrap sarge tmp $MIRROR), and it
had the /usr/doc/cpio symlink in it, plus a few others. I then upgraded
it to etch, and the other /usr/doc symlinks disappeared, but the cpio on
still remained. As we discussed on IRC, this was not supposed to happen.
