Dear Maintainer,
While the pkg-config *.pc files are provided by this package, the relevant
CMake config files are not.
This make the library impossible to use in a standard CMake way (using
find_package)
I believe the same issue also applies to the libqpid-proton11-dev package
The missing files should be in /usr/lib/cmake/ProtonCpp/ and in
/usr/lib/cmake/Proton/ for libqpid-proton11-dev
