All SMTP authentication (in the clear, or over SSL or TLS) fails when
ESMTPAUTH is undefined or contains no authentication modules. This makes
it impossible to truly disable authentication in the clear. A seperate
variable, ESMTPAUTH_TLS, defines authentication modules available over
SSL/TLS. Adding any modules to ESMTPAUTH, even if they could not
possibly vailidate passwords, enable every authentication defined in
ESMTPAUTH_TLS to work properly.
