Hello ftp team.
I requested to drop some packages that packaged for obs-api long ago.
The obs-api package is no longer exist in Debian since oldoldstable.
And this package seems somehow I missed and didn't file ROM correctly.
So I'm hereby to file thie bug report to drop it.

My bad. I only checked rdepends without build-rdeps.
Since there is a build-rdeps, just leave the package as is and I am
closing this bug now.
