Hello,
It would be nice if section "8.2 I18N & L10N FAQ for maintainers" could
mention asking for a review on debian-l10n-english, and sending call for
translations on debian-i18n or asking for translation updates with
podebconf-report-po.
A patch is attached.
(It also changes DDTP to "Debian I18N" since the DDTP is only responsible
for the Debian Descriptions)
Thanks in advance,

Avoid removing a translation completely because it is outdated. Old

hi,
this bug is almost 20y old and it seems to me that theere's nothing requested
here that's not already addressed in the current version of devref.
- 6.6.2.1. (Write correct English) suggests using
[email protected]
- 6.6.2.2. (Be kind to translators) introduces basic concepts and how one can
use podebconf-report-po to contact translators
- 6.7.2. (Internationalized documentation) covers the basics of i18n
- 8. (Internationalization and Translations) goes into more detail with
relevant links and FAQs for maintainers and translators
thanks,
