When resuming a --partial transfer, the calculation of the transfer rate takes 
into account the complete chunk virtually "transfered" in the first second when 
rsync detects a part of the file is already there. This breaky the calculation 
of the average for quite a bit of time afterwards.

(2.4 GB/s is quite unrealistic over my DSL 768 kbit/s link ;)!)
