Package: gpm Version: 1.19.6-19 Severity: normal Hello.
I upgraded a new version of gpm in testing and my mice is an USB type. The mouse is using the /dev/input/mice for the device node. When I upgraded gpm, The third question would like to ask me whereis the device. I entered the "/dev/input/mice". After all, the gpm started unsuccessfully. The syslog mentioned: oops() invoked from gpm.c(993) /dev/psaux: No such device I re-checked the /etc/gpm.conf and found out the device part still had the value: /dev/psaux which wasn't I typed. However, the second round for "dpkg-reconfigure gpm" successfully modified the /etc/gpm.conf. Is there anything wrong with my box? I hope I am not the only one. :-) Thanks for the great maintenance.
