When I try to install aptitude or gnome-apt
It won't install due to unmet dependencies:
gnome-apt: Depends: libapt-pkg-libc6.3-5-3.3

Do you still see this bug? Do you have the package "apt" installed?
Are you running testing or unstable?

Yes I still have this problem.
APT is installed:
dpkg -s apt
Package: apt
Status: install ok installed
Priority: standard
Section: base
Installed-Size: 2988
Maintainer: APT Development Team <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Architecture: i386
Version: 0.6.25

I am running unstable.

The apt-package should provide libapt-pkg-libc6.3-5-3.3
So why do I get this msg. when installing aptitude or gnome-apt?
