It's because you're running APT from experimental which provides
libapt-pkg-libc6.3-5-3.5 rather than libapt-pkg-libc6.3-5-3.3.
You need to downgrade apt if you want to use gnome-apt.
Or a gnome-apt needs to be uploaded which is compiled against the apt
in experimental... anyway, I'd either close this bug or have it as a
wishlist bug against gnome-apt to provide packages in experimental.
