In addition to the package for packaging the library, libipvs.h would need patching as it includes ip_vs.h from the current directory not the include_path. Not the ip_vs.h doesn't 100% match the /usr/include/linux/ip_vs.h version (although it is mostly the same), so we would need to decide how best to handle that.
