Severity: important
Judging by its description, libavutil-extra-51 is meant to be a transitional
package.
However, transitional packages should be installable simultaneously
with the package to which you're transitioning, otherwise there's no point:
if the transitional package isn't co-installable with the new package that
it depends on, then it's not installable.
The two ways I can see to do this transition are:
* remove libavutil-extra-51 entirely, have libavutil51 conflict/replace it
* keep libavutil-extra-51 as a transitional package, have
libavutil51 conflict/replace versions less than the one in which the
transition was made
I'm sure the release team would also have something to say about this.
