Uhh, can you all be just a bit less self-contradictory?

Bug #666852, with severity *important*, says:

* Do not build-depend on apache2-threaded-dev or apache2-prefork-dev
  anymore. Just like MPMs are gone, are our MPM -dev packages as
  well. All modules need to simply build-depend on apache2-dev.

Why would I want to change the dependency just to be forced to change
it again in the near future?
