The text that should appear in the content window is never rendered:

Now, the text information _IS_ in the window, but it seems to render to
no font, or something like that:

This happens only in liferea, all of my other gtk2 and Mozilla based 
applications work correctly. In fact, installing liferea-gtkhtml solves
the problem as well (although the bug remains):
