What makes luajit not acceptable for Wheezy?

The reason I'm asking is that there are three reverse deps, which are currently
part of testing:

jmm@squeezeamd64:~$ build-rdeps libluajit-5.1-dev
Reverse Build-depends in main:
------------------------------

uwsgi
ulatencyd
mudlet

If we drop luajit, these packages need to be removed along or the build dep
fixed.

Cheers,
        Moritz
