It's really not a good idea to apply patches for only a few arches in most cases. This still fails to build on the rest of the 64 bit arches like amd64. It seems that you changed it to use return 0 for the mmap calls. It seems that giving an NULL parameter to TIFFClientOpen() function call internaly does the same. But I think tiff is broken in that it expects an int as return type. Anyway, in short: Remove the 00list.*, and put in the 00list file instead.
