I asked ftpmaster to remove pcd2html from the mirrors and they did so. There is no reason to upload the package at all. > > I'm not sure whether you got my mail about > > wondering about the effort you are putting into this leaf package. > > I replied around half an hour after you sent it: > http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=660278#20 > > The current message make me think you didn't get it. That's correct - I somehow missed it. After removing pcd2html the "close to 100% translation" can be reached even without an unfreeze exception. ;-) > > You notice that you are maintaining more translations for a very simple > > question than this package has actual users: > > I think it's an error to expect the popcon score to match the number of > users. I do not expect the popcon score to be an exact number of users of a package and I would strictly vote against removing packages only because they have only few users (even if I would have the correct number of users.) However, for *this* package the popcon score is just *another* hint that it does not have many users. Do you know what a Kodak Photo CD is? Do you think that several people are using this any more and if yes how big are the chances they would use my system (I'm upstream as well). So please lets simply forget this package - it is definitely not worth spending even mre time in discussing it. Kind regards and thanks for your translation effort anyway which is really well regarded - I just wanted to give you more time to focus on important things Andreas. -- http://fam-tille.de -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
