What as you understand is correct. I didn't close this bug because that xulrunner is not abi stable anymore, and fastly changed, and I still have no idea howto make it always work in future in unstable.
For example: the chmsee is built with xulrunner-17, and now xulrunner-18 is uploaded and then -17 will be removed soon. Then chmsee need rebuilding. I still have no idea how to process it perfectly.
