Please execute the following command on the system in question and include the output in the mail. dpkg -l '*firmware*' 'linux-image*' In addition please look into http://bugs.debian.org/685373, because it is a problem of the very same driver and kernel. Indicate on that bug report whether it affects your system(s) and the particular devices in use to help triaging it.
