Hi Florian. I am sorry, two years later, I don't have this particular armel hardware anymore.
I tried to reproduce the issue with mpd 0.16.7-2 from the raspian build (armhf) on raspberry pi. No error, works fine. My raspi has libvorbisenc2 1.3.2-1.3 installed.
