It's not, don't worry. Hence your bug is not filed as serious either. I
just want you to be aware that the migration to 2.4 involves a few
changes as denoted by us.

Everything else should be fine for web applications, apart that you
cannot really test most of them until we have a reasonable stack (e.g.
Apache + PHP + wsgi et. al.) available for web application packagers to
test.
