Hey Marcin, This very old bug has dropped below radar because there is no links-ssl package anymore. The Maintainer of links suggests that it might be a duplicate of #509469. You taking the time to look at it and comment on it would be much appreciated, so we can think about what to do next (close, reassign to links, etc.).
