Package: latex-cjk-thai Version: 4.8.3+git20120621-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Upstream thailatex has disbanded after all its components are pushed into mainstream. And, in Debian, it has become a transitional package under texlive-lang, and is deemed to be removed from Debian in the near future. The required Thai Type1 fonts as mentioned in your package description are now provided by texlive-lang-other binary package. So, please replace the dependency on thailatex with texlive-lang-other (>= 2013.20130523-1) instead. (As a record, the fonts had been split into latex-fonts-thai-tlwg since thailatex 0.4.6. But I was not aware of latex-cjk-thai as a reverse dependency at that time. So, I hadn't reported it. Now the font package is also obsolete, anyway. So, let's just skip it.) -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.8-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=th_TH.utf8, LC_CTYPE=th_TH.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages latex-cjk-thai depends on: ii dpkg 1.16.10 pn latex-cjk-common <none> ii tex-common 4.03 ii texlive-latex-base 2013.20130523-1 ii thailatex 2013.20130523-1 latex-cjk-thai recommends no packages. latex-cjk-thai suggests no packages. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
