Ubuntu had this fixed quickly because I went and corrected my (broken) patch which I had gotten uploaded into Ubuntu. This was also fixed in Ubuntu's latest dev version in 1.4.1-whatever because we merged 1.4.1 in and kept the Ubuntu deltas which had that fix included in them.
I agree, though, this is a very easy fix. This is fixable by changing one character in debian/conf/sites-available/default as was shown in Douglas' last message.
