Dear Rodolfo, Please explain what specifically got broken in gitg 0.2.4-1.1 by "bad bug-fix"? How to reproduce the problem?
Unfortunately there is not enough information and I have no clue what are you suggesting to fix. By the way latest gitg is now available from wheezy-backports so perhaps we can just close this bug.
