I am going through FC19 /Debian difference now and realized Debian uses --with-libsocialweb while FC19 uses --with-libsocialweb=no. Considering discussion seen on the web: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/desktop/2011-November/007465.html It may be desirable to follow what FC19 has ended with. If you consider this is not needed, please close this. But if this is oversight, please consider.
