Hi Martin, sorry for the headaches. I did not try the test in a minimal environment and did not realise that it requires modules that are not packaged in Debian but were present on my computer. The next update of r-bioc-limma and r-bioc-edger will disable them. Thanks as well for the suggestion on how to make the failure more useful.
