Yeah, that really is all that changed here.  It's exactly the same source
as the previous version, just freshly autoreconf'd for the x32 and aarch64
ports that people are working on (and rebuilt against then current sid).

If you're testing on amd64, then it was built in a clean pbuilder chroot
for unstable on the day of upload.  So if it is, then something bigger
has indeed gone wrong somewhere.

I guess that shouldn't be too hard to run a quick litmus test on, to
see if a local rebuild of both sources show the same problem or not.

If they don't, then it would seem down to something autotools changed.

There's definitely something odd going on there though.

I probably haven't got a lot of spare cycles to kick this around right
now, so any extra information that people can uncover on this would
definitely be useful.

Narrowing it down to autotools changes, or something else changing
for sid would probably be a useful start.
